TERMS & CONDITIONS

At present, we are only able to accept payment through PayPal, although PayPal supports the use of all major credit cards. We can only post to the PayPal supplied address. Please ensure this is correct before payment.

We are not responsible for a wrong or an undeliverable address.

Most orders will be delivered to you within 4-7 business days of the order being placed.This will allow us to process your order in a timely fashion but we aim to deliver your purchase quickly and securely. Please note that this time frame is not a guarantee. If you need to confirm availability please contact us.

If an item is not available within the indicated delivery schedule we will contact you as soon as possible to advise the updated delivery time. We aim to do this within 1 working day although this can occasionally be longer during busy periods.

Items in stock are usually dispatched next day (weekdays only) if ordered before 2.00 pm. If you require urgent delivery we would always recommend you contact us via the contact form to confirm real time availability and avoid disappointment.

Situations out of our control can occur in transit but we will endeavour to inform you of any delivery hold ups and delays via the contact details you provide. No direct collection service is available.

Free insurance is included if an item is lost or damaged in the post. We will ALWAYS claim for a lost or damaged item, but have to adhere to Royal Mail Terms & Conditions. Usually deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery. In some instances the goods can be left safe in a secure location that you specify, or a neighbour can sign for you. This is at your own risk. Please add these special instructions during checkout.

We use DPD, Interlink Express or Royal Mail for deliveries dependent on the weight, value and destination of the goods. If you are unavailable to sign they will leave you a card so you can arrange redelivery. We monitor the progress of parcels sent by carrier and we may contact you if the driver is having difficulty finding you or to confirm that you have received the card.

Delivery Methods may vary and Prices for UK Mainland will be in line with Royal Mail individual or multiple parcel prices.At this moment in time, we are only shipping to UK mainland (including The Isle's of Wight and Man).

Returns - You will receive a returns form with your order which can be used to send the item back for exchange or refund. Full instructions are provided on the form. If you've lost the form you can still return the item provided you include your order number and clear instructions as to what you want us to do. You can send an item back for any reason within 14 days - if an item is sent back unused in the original packaging and condition we will exchange it for another product/size or provide a full refund. 

If you are a smoker, please do not smoke when trying on clothing items and do not leave them in a smoke filled room. The smell can be impossible to remove without laundering and can therefore lead to a return being rejected. Unfortunately we cannot refund return postage costs. You hold responsibility for the item until it reaches us so you should ensure that it is securely packaged to avoid any damage in transit. The original postage charge is not refundable. We are not able to fund replacement postage charges. Returning the item for exchange indicates your acceptance of returns postage charges. Cancellations

You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipping and we will provide a full refund. Any items cancelled after we have shipped your order will need to be returned to us at your expense before we can refund the full value of the items (but not the postage). Returned items must be sent back unused in their original condition.

Tax and VAT

Most orders will be charged including VAT at the United Kingdom current rate of 20%. You may be required to pay duty when you import the item - this is beyond our control and you, as the importer, will be liable for any taxes / duties charged. You should check such charges are acceptable before proceeding with the order.
